BenQ has added to its line of BlueCore laser light source projectors with the addition of the LU9715 and LU9235, showcased at ISE 2016.
The LU9715 and LU9235 feature 8,000 and 6,000 ANSI lumens respectively via a dual laser light source. In addition, a dual colour wheel system provides increased image performance as well as support for 360° and portrait installation. Both models are compatible with up to eight lenses and offer 24/7 operation.
Each projector’s dual colour wheel produces RGBY colour to improve efficiency and deliver enhanced colour intensity, which is combined with DLP chip technology to ensure colour accuracy.
BlueCore laser technology offers an improved cooling system for even more reliability in 360° and portrait installations. The lens options include wide fix, long zoom and for the LU9715 there are lens features such as all-glass construction for ultraclear focus and high apertures for a brighter lens.
BenQ claims BlueCore light source extends operational lifespan by 20,000 hours, even when operated at full brightness. In addition, LU9715’s liquid cooling system makes it both quiet and reliable, while the sealed optical engine and laser bank protect against dust damage for long-term durability.
BenQ laser projectors feature HDBaseT for signal transmission via cost-effective network cable up to 100m in distance. It also allows IT managers to monitor and control the projector remotely via LAN control functions. In addition, LU9715 also comes equipped with 3G SDI.
