With no fewer than eight locations on the show floor offering live content sessions during ISE 2025, as well as the conference centres on the upper walkway, here’s your guide to what to see where.
All sessions on the show floor are free to attend.
In Hall 2, the Smart Home Technology Stage (stand 2F350) has a four-day programme of sessions from CEDIA covering topics a broad range of topics, including technology, design, business, people and the future. It’s also where the Stand Design Awards ceremony takes place at 16:30 on Thursday 6 February.
In addition, the Connected Classroom (2C240) is featuring presentations from partners Logitech and Giga between 11:00 and 12:00 each day.
In Hall 3, AVIXA Xchange LIVE (3R150) has interactive sessions covering AI, CTS, cybersecurity, digital signage, wellness and more. On Friday, the stage will host conversations around AV career opportunities, facilitated by frame:work.
In Hall 6, the Live Events Stage (6B100) makes its debut at ISE. Programmed by TPi magazine, it hosts presentations and conversations with experts from the live events industry, hosted by editor Stew Hume, plus networking events. On Friday, Production Futures takes over the stage with a programme of events around career opportunities for live events industry newcomers.
In Congress Square, the Pitching Stage (CS700) is located next to ISE’s new Innovation Park, devoted to startups with breakthrough ideas. Programmed by venture capital specialists Plug and Play, the stage is hosting a full programme of sessions, including pitches from startups, success stories and networking events.
Hall 8.1, newly added to ISE, is where you’ll find three show features offering live content. The Esports Arena (8B100) has a four-day programme of professional esports tournaments, panel discussions, AV showcases and audience gaming. The Robotics & Drone Arena (8J300), programmed by LANG AG, features presentations and demos from no fewer than seven providers of robotics and drone technology; and the AVIXA TV studio (8A880) is hosting workshops, expert interviews, behind-the-scenes live production insights, and podcast recordings.
Moving to the upper walkway, the CC1 Conference Centre is hosting CEDIA’s Smart Home Technology Conference, which runs in four parallel streams from Tuesday to Thursday, and four all-day CEDIA Workshops on Friday.
Last but certainly not least, the CC4 and CC5 Conference Centres, opposite each other on the walkway, are the locations for ISE’s Summits and Megatrends Tracks, plus the Investor Forum and the European Latin American AV Forum. In addition, they are hosting free-to-attend sessions including Congreso AVIXA (Spanish-language sessions); Fast Forward Friday content from the Catalan AV Cluster, Impulsa Talentum and Universitat Pompeu Fabra; plus Tuesday’s ISE Opening Keynote (plus Future Panel Discussion) and Wednesday’s Creative Keynote.
ISE 2025 is the 21st edition of the world-renowned trade show for the audiovisual (AV) and systems integration industry. It features more than 1600 exhibitors across seven Technology Zones, and covers a total of 92,000 sqm of space open to attendees. Its audience comprises not only the AV sales channel – distributors, dealers, integrators and consultants – but also attendees from a wide range of vertical markets where AV solutions are deployed, including corporate, retail, residential, education, hospitality, venues and entertainment, visitor attractions and many more.
