A new wireless controller kit and a line of switches and routers for AV system integrators are being showcased by Luxul. The XWS-2510 kit combines a pair of XAP-1510 wireless access points (WAP) with a XWC-1000 wireless controller that Luxul claims enables seamless client roaming and simple multi-AP wireless network setup.
The XAP-1510 WAPs feature high output power and 802.11ac 3×3 dual-band Beamforming technology.

A new XAP-1410 AC1200 (2×2) version of the access point included in the kit will be available later this quarter.
Also on show, the Luxul AV Series of switches and routers features rear-panel ports and front-facing user-selectable (blue/green) LEDs for clean integration with AV rack systems.
The series includes a Gigabit Multi-WAN Router (ABR-4400), an unmanaged 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch (AGS-1024), a managed 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch with 16 PoE+ ports (AMS-2416P) and a non-PoE 26-Port Gigabit L2/L3 Managed Switch (AMS-2600).
“The AV Series of switches and routers is an answer to a significant segment of our installer community that requires clean, cable-free front panels,” said Curtis. “We are very happy to be able to expand our switch and router lines to include products that meet integrators’ needs.”
