MSolutions | Stand 5J500 — Making its international debut at ISE, MSolutions’ MS-63DOC docking extender promises to simplify installation and consolidate all video, audio, and data signals through a single USB-C cable.
According to MSolutions, the device removes the complexities of traditional HDMI setups by using one USB-C cable to transmit 4K@60 4:4:4 video, audio, and Ethernet over USB 3.2 Gen 1 to a host (transmitter).
Positioned up to 100m away, this host acts as an HDBaseT gateway to the device, streamlining connectivity and enhancing flexibility.
Beyond a mere receiver, the MS-63DOC device functions as a robust docking extender, supporting up to two displays (via separate HDMI connections), a USB or PTZ camera (via USB 3.2 or USB-C connections), and an audio speaker system. The host also manages RS-232 control data for in-room camera control, further enhancing operational efficiency.
The MS-63DOC can enable seamless hybrid meetings by swiftly transmitting video and audio to the internet with very little delay. Those attending in person and joining remotely experience the content simultaneously, enhancing collaboration and engagement. – Kirsty Hazlewood
