ISE Opening Keynote speaker Brian Solis believes that there is no definitive guide for integrating AI, and individuals must adopt a proactive, curious, and innovative approach to explore AI’s potential.
He underlines the importance of reviving ‘soft skills’ such as curiosity, imagination, and creativity – skills often neglected in structured professional environments. Re-emphasising these skills can aid in successfully navigating the integration of AI.
Brian – a globally acclaimed digital analyst, author, and visionary – will share his vision on how the pro AV and systems integration industry can change and innovate through the latest developments in artificial intelligence, on the first day of ISE 2025.
Known for his profound insights into the intersection of technology, business and culture, Brian is Head of Global Innovation at cloud-based platform ServiceNow, was named a ‘Top AI Leader’ for 2024 by Rethink Retail.
He sees AI as impacting job roles across all organisational levels, from CEOs to low-ranking employees. He suggests a shift in mindset towards seeing AI as an augmentation tool rather than a competitor – and that by “competing with AI,” individuals can enhance their capabilities and creativity using AI, allowing them to achieve tasks previously unattainable.
