Leo Tanzil, Kairos MultiJaya’s installation specialist, explains: “When UPH was looking for a sound system for their new hall, they wanted a system that can reflect their future orientation and sophistication, and the digital mixer from Allen & Heath was ideal for this purpose. iLive’s feature set exceeded the expectations of the venue’s management and didn’t blow the budget.
“The management team was very impressed that the digital system uses common Ethernet CAT5e cable rather than an a bulky analogue snake cable, as the Ethersound system provides a significant saving within the budget due to the large size of the building.”
“Ultimately, iLive’s ease of use was the deciding factor, as the hall caters for a vast variety of events from graduation ceremonies to orchestral and Broadway-style music events. iLive has met that challenge,” concludes Tanzil.
iLive is accompanied by Lab.gruppen amplifiers and an EAW line array.
