The big content programme
New for 2025 are track sessions based around five key topics: AI, audio, cybersecurity, retail, and sustainability. These topics will be covered in standalone sessions as well as the summit programmes. The programme includes the AV Broadcast Summit, Control Room Summit, Digital Signage Summit, Education Technology Summit, Smart Building Summit, Smart Home Technology Conference, and Smart Workplace Summit.
European Latin American AV forum (ELAF)
This is a unique platform for government representatives, industry leaders, and AV professionals from Europe and Latin America to forge strategic partnerships, explore emerging business opportunities, and drive innovation across the AV and digital sectors. Sean Wargo, vice president of market insight at AVIXA, will present the keynote, providing an overview of the AV market and trends to watch in both regions.
AVIXA Xchange LIVE (3R150)
We’ll host four days of interactive sessions covering artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital signage, certification, wellness, and much more.
On Tuesday at 12:15, in the session “Ask the Experts: Sustainable AV: How sustainability triples your tech bottom line,” you’ll hear from providers who are using sustainability strategies to create value in their organisations by helping people, planet, and profit.
In the session “Using AV to Drive Wellness in the Workplace” on Wednesday at 12:15, panellists will discuss how to create a healthy work environment in which productivity and wellness are equally balanced with the help of AV.
On Thursday at 15:00, Xchange LIVE will host the session “Cybersecurity in AV – Five Things You Should Know.” You’ll hear from experts Shaun Reardon, principal cybersecurity consultant at DNV AS and Graeme Scott, global training manager for HARMAN.
On Friday at 12:00, the session “The Invisible Crafts of Creative Technology” will explore the complexities of digital labour, examining why we tend to devalue work done with computers. Panellists will discuss the various skills required to successfully deliver cutting-edge visual displays and how to best promote and price this specialised expertise.
