Bluesound signs distribution deals for Brazil and Iceland

The provider of streaming audio solutions for commercial spaces has new distribution deals with ZRS Distribuidora, in Brazil, and Exton, for Iceland, as part of its rapid expansion

Bluesound Professional, a provider of distributed audio ecosystems for commercial spaces, has announced the addition of two new distribution partners in South America and Scandinavia.

Bluesound Professional has expanded its reach following agreements with ZRS Distribuidora, a technology and connectivity focused distributor in Brazil, along with Exton, an experienced Icelandic distributor of audio, visual and lighting equipment.

Exton focuses on two main business groups for consumers: rental equipment, and solutions, which includes the sale of equipment. It provides professional and full-service advice for all small and large occasions, events, concerts and conferences. Exton services all parts of Iceland from offices located in both Kópavogur and Akureyri.

As a technology and connectivity focused company, ZRS provides equipment for audio and video projects in partnership with integrators. It supplies solutions for corporate, commercial and residential environments. ZRS provides access to technologies from leading North American and European companies to the South American market.

Graeme Harrison, vice-president and general manager of Bluesound Professional, said: “We are thrilled to welcome ZRS Distibuidora and Exton to the Bluesound Professional team as industry leaders in their respective markets. Both of these strategic relationships will further help us to expand our innovative streaming audio solutions in new influential markets across the globe, while Bluesound Professional continues to gain a noteworthy reputation in commercial spaces.”

Since Bluesound Professional was launched at the Integrated Systems Europe 2019 trade show, the company has expanded to over 70 international markets.
